If you're passionate about providing high-quality care, building meaningful relationships with residents, and making a positive impact every day, we'd love to have you join us!What You'll DoAs an RN, you will play a key role in providing safe, compassionate, and individualized care to our residents. Responsibilities include:Assessing resident needs and providing appropriate nursing care.Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.Monitoring resident conditions and responding appropriately to changes in health status.Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.Supervising CNAs, LPNs, and other nursing personnel in the delivery of resident care.Communicating effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.Following all applicable state and federal regulations, facility policies, and standards of nursing practice.Advocating for resident comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life.What We're Looking ForCurrent, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon.Previous nursing experience preferred.Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) experience preferred.Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to effectively supervise and support nursing assistants, LPNs, and other care team members.Excellent organization and attention to detail.A genuine passion for caring for others and improving residents' quality of life.Ability and willingness to follow state and federal regulations governing nursing practice.Availability to work 1–2 shifts per week and 2 weekend shifts per month is required.Flexibility to work PRN shifts as needed.Benefits & PerksCompetitive pay: $48.00–$49.25/hour based on licensed experienceCareer advancement opportunitiesUnlimited referral bonusesSupportive and compassionate work environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residentsPlease note: PRN/on-call employees are not eligible for health insurance benefits.Join Our TeamIf you're an RN who takes pride in providing compassionate, high-quality care and wants to be part of a team that values its residents and employees, apply today!We look forward to welcoming you to Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and working together to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
