About This Role:

The 340B Program Analyst supports Evara Health’s 340B Drug Pricing Program through compliance monitoring, auditing, data analysis, financial reporting, inventory and purchasing support, and contract pharmacy oversight. Under the direction of the 340B Program Manager, this role ensures program requirements and organizational policies are followed while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, wholesalers, third-party administrators, and contract pharmacies.

What You'll Do: 

• 340B Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze 340B utilization, purchasing, savings, revenue capture, reimbursement, prescription capture, inventory performance, and contract pharmacy activity.
  • Reconcile data across pharmacy, wholesaler, EHR, third-party administrator, PBM, contract pharmacy, and financial systems; investigate discrepancies and prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses.

• 340B Compliance & Audit Support
  • Review 340B claims and transactions for patient, provider, encounter, location, referral, and other eligibility requirements while conducting routine self-audits and compliance monitoring.
  • Maintain audit documentation, support internal and external audits, track corrective actions, and escalate significant or recurring compliance concerns to the 340B Program Manager.

• Contract Pharmacy & Vendor Coordination
  • Monitor contract pharmacy utilization, compliance, reimbursement, financial performance, and transaction activity while reviewing vendor and pharmacy reports for accuracy and potential concerns.
  • Coordinate with contract pharmacies, software vendors, wholesalers, PBMs, third-party administrators, and other partners to resolve issues and support system testing and workflow improvements.

• Inventory, Purchasing & Financial Operations
  • Monitor 340B, WAC, and other purchasing activity, inventory turnover, replenishment, utilization trends, and purchasing performance.
  • Support inventory audits, reconciliations, and analysis of 340B savings, revenue capture, reimbursement, and financial activity while coordinating resolution of discrepancies.

• Education, Collaboration & Program Improvement
  • Provide training and operational support related to 340B workflows, compliance requirements, documentation standards, and program processes.
  • Collaborate with Pharmacy, Finance, Compliance, Revenue Cycle, HIM, IT, and clinic operations on audits, special projects, system implementations, and process improvements while maintaining compliance with Evara Health, HIPAA, state, federal, and accreditation requirements.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Finance, Data Analytics, Health Informatics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare or pharmacy operations, compliance, analytics, auditing, revenue cycle, healthcare finance, or a related field.
• Experience with the 340B Drug Pricing Program, preferably within a Federally Qualified Health Center, health system, or pharmacy environment.
• Experience with contract pharmacy administration and 340B platforms.

Licenses, Certification or Registration:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential preferred.
