Operations Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join a growing merchant services organization and lead day-to-day operations across merchant onboarding, servicing, and support. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on operational leader who understands the payments industry, retail ISO/MSP model, acquiring operations, and merchant processing . What you’ll do: Lead, coach, and develop the Operations Team Oversee merchant onboarding, boarding, maintenance, and support Manage operations across Fiserv, TSYS , and other acquiring platforms Partner with Sales, Risk, Underwriting, and Compliance Improve processes, workflows, and SOPs Monitor KPIs and service levels Manage escalations and strengthen processor/sponsor bank relationships Ensure compliance with card brand and sponsor bank requirements What we’re looking for: 5+ years of merchant services/payments experience 3+ years of leadership or operations management experience Strong knowledge of acquiring, merchant boarding, underwriting, and payment processing Experience with Fiserv and TSYS preferred Strong understanding of the retail ISO/MSP business model Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Sponsor bank, payment gateway, PCI, interchange, or risk management experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
