Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist license issued by MDE (Minnesota Department of Education)
• Experience or strong interest in early learning environments
• Background in conducting assessments and comprehensive evaluations with young children
• Familiarity with or willingness to support MTSS initiatives within educational settings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality evaluations and assessments for early learners as part of the special education process
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to implement effective interventions and support plans
• Provide guidance to staff on best practices related to MTSS and student support services
• Assist in the development and monitoring of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Serve as a resource for early identification of academic and behavioral needs
