Full-Time Dental Assistant

American Dental is looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our team. We are seeking someone with 1-2+ years of dental assisting experience who is confident clinically, organized, and excited to support a modern, patient-focused dental office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys assisting, keeping the back office running smoothly, supporting doctors, and helping create a 5-star experience for every patient.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting doctors during dental procedures
• Preparing rooms, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining clinical flow
• Managing inventory and supply orders
• Supporting excellent customer service for patients and doctors
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient back office
• Working closely with the front desk and clinical team
• Supporting training and onboarding for new assistants as the practice continues to grow
• Leading by example with professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude

Ideal Candidates Have:

• 1-2+ years of dental assisting experience required
• Strong clinical assisting skills
• Interest or experience in leadership, training, or back office operations
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• A positive, professional attitude
• Dedication to patient care and team success
• Dentrix Ascend knowledge is a plus, but training can be provided

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Flexible schedule options
• No Saturdays or Sundays
