Manager, Data - Retail & eCommerce Analytics

AKA Brands is seeking a Manager of Data – Retail & eCommerce Analytics to join its growing Data & Analytics team. Reporting directly to CIO / SVP Operations, this role will drive data‑informed decision‑making across merchandising, marketing, planning, finance, and operations. This individual will play a key role in analyzing business performance across both digital and retail channels, uncovering insights that drive growth, optimize operations, and improve overall business performance. The ideal candidate is a strong technical analyst with business acumen who can translate data into clear recommendations that influence executive decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Conduct advanced analysis on sales, inventory, pricing, and customer performance Identify trends and growth opportunities across retail and eCommerce channels Partner cross‑functionally with merchandising, marketing, finance, and operations teams Perform deep‑dive analysis into brand, channel, and customer behavior Collaborate with data engineering teams to build data models, pipelines, and metrics Develop dashboards and reporting (Tableau or similar) to track key business KPIs Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across systems Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
