Floor Technician

Description Full-time position| 2nd and 3rd Shift/ Paid Training Provided SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is hiring a Floor Technician to join our team! You'll help care for some of the most impressive commercial spaces in the country by providing expert floor and surface maintenance. What You'll Do:
- Care for surfaces like carpet, tile, vinyl, stone and hardwood
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards
- Work as part of a team and occasionally travel (up to 10%)
- PTO after 90 days

- Must have 3 to 5 years of experience as a floor technician
- Punctual, team-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable with physical work (walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shifts
- Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- A clean background is required for most client sites
