The Store Director is a full time, on site leadership role based in Chicago, IL. This position is responsible for leading the team, driving sales, delivering an exceptional client experience, and overseeing the day to day operations of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a top tier client experience that is welcoming, knowledgeable, personalized, and memorable.
• Analyze business trends to identify opportunities to drive growth, improve performance, and maximize sales.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high performing team that consistently exceeds sales goals and delivers exceptional client service.
• Oversee all aspects of team management, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and terminations.
• Create and manage schedules that support business needs and maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct regular one on one meetings, lead monthly team meetings and quarterly training, and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development.
• Build relationships within the local community through networking, partnerships, and events that increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation while using sales trends to make strategic merchandising decisions.
• Partner with ownership to communicate store performance, operational needs, and opportunities for continued growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in management including overseeing daily operations and achieving sales goals.
• Proven sales experience with the ability to drive revenue, build client relationships, and lead a high performing team.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for creating memorable client experiences, resolving concerns professionally, and collaborating effectively with others
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, follow through, and manage multiple store needs.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred. A passion for fashion, styling, and current trends is highly beneficial.
• A natural leader with a high energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic who thrives in a fast paced, client focused environment.
