Our client, an industry leader in document management and storage solutions, is seeking a dedicated Record Center Specialist to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist, you will be an integral part of the operations team supporting efficient storage, retrieval, and management of physical records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Chicago, IL

Pay Rate: $17.68

Shift: Other (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials.
• Manually lift, carry, and load storage boxes ranging from 10 to over 100 lbs.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of stored items using proprietary systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized storage environment, adhering to safety standards.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a physical or warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes regularly without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, kneel, squat, and reach frequently throughout shifts.
• Good reading and writing skills in English.
