• Schedule : 39 hours/week, 13-hour day/night rotating shift schedules; includes on-call/callback, holidays, and weekends as per unit needs
• Patient Population : Pediatric
• Location : Rochester, NY

• Manage pre- and post-operative pediatric cardiac surgical patients
• Handle high-risk cases including single ventricle physiology and open chest management
• Provide arrhythmia management, vasopressor support, and ECMO/CRRT care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a critical care setting

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Pediatric Cardiac ICU
• Completion of an ARC-PA approved Physician Assistant program
• Active New York State Physician Assistant licensure in good standing
• Current national certification as a Physician Assistant by NCCPA
• Certifications: BLS from AHA, PALS from ABA

• Varied schedule including rotating shifts (day/night), on-call, holidays, and weekends
• 39 hours per week, 13-hour shifts

• Critical care management in pediatric settings
• Adaptability and collaboration in a multidisciplinary environment
• Advanced knowledge of congenital heart disease and its complex anatomy and physiology
