Compassionate Resident Care Specialist (Part-Time)

Mental Wellness Center

Mental Wellness Center seeks a part-time Resident Support Professional in Santa Barbara to provide personal care and supervision in residential facilities for individuals with serious mental illness. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring client status, and ensuring adherence to care guidelines. Candidates should possess effective communication skills, empathy, and a basic First Aid & CPR certification (or the ability to obtain one).
