Assistant Vice President (AVP), Underwriter Construction Casualty We are seeking an experienced AVP Underwriter to underwrite midmarket construction casualty business. This role blends technical expertise, relationship management, and strategic sales execution to drive profitable growth. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team where your expertise will directly impact growth, profitability, and client success. This role can be housed in Jersey City or Morristown locations. Key Responsibilities Evaluate new and renewal submissions, identifying exposures and structuring tailored guaranteed cost construction business Underwrite W/C, General Liability and Auto coverage General Contractors, Specialty Trades, Heavy Construction, etc.,.
