Sales and Marketing Associate

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, representing well-known brands, and building a rewarding career in retail sales.
As a Marketing and Sales Associate, you will play a key role in promoting wireless products and services, educating customers on the latest technology, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best wireless products, services, and accessories.
- Educate customers on current promotions, service plans, and product features.
- Deliver a professional, consultative sales experience while building long-term customer relationships.
- Demonstrate wireless devices and accessories with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Accurately process sales transactions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales performance goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.
- Stay informed on new products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and overall store success.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, marketing, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work on-site.
