Compensation:

• $125000$135000/year (subject to experience licensure/certification and location)
• Qualifies for the HRSA Loan Repayment Program

Job/Practice Description: Family Nurse Practitioner

• Deliver direct primary care and preventive services to children adolescents and adults
• Develop therapeutic care plans for prevention management and maintenance of good health
• Provide health education and counseling
• Manage acute and chronic illness and urgent care needs including assessment diagnosis treatment and monitoring
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and mentor other team members
• Provide prenatal/postnatal care for uncomplicated pregnancies in conjunction with physician partners as approved by clinical privileges
• Provide family planning counseling and services
• Consult with and refer to physician partners for more complex cases
• Maintain and update EHR documentation per required standards
• Attend trainings weekly provider/team meetings and quality improvement projects
• Opportunity to provide clinical supervision and mentoring to NP medical and PA students
• May work a fluctuating schedule including days evenings weekends and holidays as approved

Requirements:

• Active unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
• 3 years of Primary Care NP experience a plus
