Office and Logistics Administrator

Job Description: Office & Logistics Administrator Company Scale: 4,000 Barrel Craft Brewery Status: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Compensation: $30.00 / Hour Reports to: General Manager Role Overview: Our growing 4,000 barrel brewery is seeking a full-time office and logistics administrator. At our current scale, operations rely heavily on spreadsheets and QuickBooks Online. You will run daily data entry, order logistics, and light accounting while working with our external finance and payroll partners. Key Responsibilities Spreadsheet and Data Management Manual data entry: Input daily production logs, and packaging metrics Database maintenance: Update and audit master spreadsheets tracking orders. Order Logistics Order Processing: Receive, log, and organize incoming orders into the fulfillment queue. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels via spreadsheets to prevent shortages. Regulatory logging: Organize and track state compliance paperwork and excise tax data. Office Administration Vendor coordination: As directed, order raw materials, packaging supplies, and office essentials. Point of Contact: Greet visitors, answer phone inquiries, and manage company email. Required Qualifications Technical Skills Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: Mastery of XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data validation QuickBooks Online Proficiency: Minimum 1 year of experience managing invoices and accounts receivable. Data Integrity: Proven track record of high-accuracy, high volume manual data entry. Experience and Attributes: Industry Context: Experience in a craft brewery. Beverage distribution, or food manufacturing.
