RN - Cath LabShift Details: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, 5 shifts per week, 40 scheduled hours.Job Order Details: Start date 05/27/2026, end date 08/26/2026, duration 13 weeks.Location: Chippenham Hospital, 7101 Jahnke Rd, Richmond, VA 23225, Floor: 3rd, Building: Levinson.Unit Information: Cath Lab. Number of beds: 3 cath labs. Number of staff: 10-11 staff per day. Type of staff: Day shift mix of RNs and cardiovascular technologists. Night shift 0. Patient ratios: 3 staff per room. Type of equipment: GE X-ray/MacLab EMR Meditech.Typical hiring profile: Skill set most recruited for: Must have experience working in an interventional cardiac cath lab. Preferred or nice to have: Experience working in a high-volume lab handling complex cases. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, Impella, balloon-pump, peripheral cases, complex PCIs, occasional devices.Best personality fit: Easy-going, kind, friendly. Able to work in a fast-paced, busy lab.Required certifications: RN, RT Floating Area(s): None. Dress code: Scrub color/attire light blue (hospital will provide). Unit guidelines/policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Act professional and attendance is vital. Able to report to hospital within 30 minutes of call-back.
