In this role, you will serve as the vital connection for our Norwegian-speaking clients, ensuring their technical issues are addressed swiftly and with excellence. Your expertise in customer service and technical support will be pivotal in enhancing client satisfaction and maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities Act as the first line of support for Norwegian-speaking clients, managing inquiries through phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and effectively resolve a variety of technical issues related to software, hardware, and IT services. Maintain clear and accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the service desk ticketing system. Educate clients on product capabilities and provide guidance to navigate technical issues. Collaborate with other IT teams for escalation of complex problems to ensure timely resolution. Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and service offerings to provide informed support. Requirements Fluency in Norwegian and English with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in a technical support or service desk role is desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot client issues. Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. Familiarity with service desk software and IT management platforms is advantageous. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A drive to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes as needed.
