• Deliver direct, high-quality patient care in the Muncie, IN area
• Perform thorough assessments , evaluate functional needs, and adjust care plans for best outcomes
• Create and implement personalized plans of care
• Collaborate with the care team and guide support staff
• Document evaluations, treatment goals, and progress accurately and efficiently
• Serve as a clinical leader and resource in physical therapy
• Thrive in a physically demanding, dynamic environment
• Travel within your coverage area and work flexible PRN hours

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current, unrestricted PT license in Indiana
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Willingness and ability to travel within the Muncie coverage area
• Dependable vehicle, valid drivers license, and required auto insurance
• Comfortable with lifting 50100 lbs , transfers, and fullrange body movement
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed for PRN assignments
