Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Garfield, AZ. AZ license required.

Shifts: 10 & 12-hour shifts. Schedule: Must be flexible to work days, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month (day or night depending on departmental need). Night Coverage: 3-6 night shifts per month, scheduled based on department need. Night shifts may be in OB or OR. Hours: Typically 3-4 shifts per week (36+ hours per week). Minimum commitment of 3 weeks and 3 shifts/week; flexible providers can pick up additional shifts as desired. Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital setting Current OB experience required; must be comfortable managing high-risk OB cases Peds & neuro head cases Must be flexible and willing to cover a variety of shift types (days, nights, weekends, OB, OR) - client will do straight nights. Level I Trauma Center experience preferred. Credentilaing: AZ Licensed: ~6 weeks, IMLC: ~2 months, Non-Licensed: ~3 months (based on clean background, malpractice, and criminal history). $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours. $All-inclusive Competitive Hourly pay + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
