Medical Assistant We are seeking a full‑time Medical Assistant for a six‑doctor optometry office located in Roswell, GA. No prior experience is required; we provide a formal onboarding/training program and weekly office meetings with breakfast provided. Main Responsibilities Patient history Visual acuities Autorefraction Non‑contact tonometry (NCT) Optical coherence tomography (OCT) scans Visual fields Anterior‑segment photography Corneal topography Dry eye treatments Contact lens evaluations Sell contact lenses Contact lens insertion/removal training Assist doctors with eyelid injections Dispense glasses and contact lenses to patients Answer phones Schedule appointments Check e‑mail Provide outstanding customer service Characteristics & Qualifications Self‑starter Adaptable Able to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented Organized Professional Friendly Provide excellent customer experience Computer skills Good time‑management skills Professional and friendly disposition Ability to work in a team Willingness to assist colleagues with administrative tasks Experience as a receptionist is a plus About Our Practice Roswell Eye Clinic is a full‑scope optometry practice that offers comprehensive eye exams, disease treatment, vision therapy, specialty contact lens fits, surgical co‑management, and minor surgical procedures.
