Role Overview

As an OT/ICS Cybersecurity Architect, you will design, implement, and optimize cybersecurity solutions for industrial environments. Working with clients in energy, manufacturing, utilities, and critical infrastructure, you'll secure operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS) using leading tools like Claroty, Palo Alto, Cradlepoint, CrowdStrike, and BeyondTrust.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of OT/ICS cybersecurity architectures, including network segmentation, secure remote access, and IT security integration
• Develop security reference architectures, blueprints, and roadmaps per NIST 800-82 and IEC 62443 standards
• Deploy OT/ICS technologies: Claroty (asset discovery/vulnerability), Palo Alto/Cradlepoint (firewalls/segmentation), CrowdStrike (monitoring), BeyondTrust (privileged access)
• Conduct security acceptance testing and validation of OT systems
• Perform consequence-based risk assessments using Cyber PHA methodologies
• Lead vulnerability management with Claroty and support regulatory compliance
• Design OT/ICS monitoring with CrowdStrike and Splunk; develop incident response plans
• Develop cybersecurity policies, deliver training, and advise on governance frameworks
• Serve as subject matter expert in client meetings and lead project teams

• Core Expertise: OT/ICS Security Architecture, Risk Assessment, Incident Response, Governance
• Primary Tools: Claroty, Palo Alto, Cradlepoint, CrowdStrike, BeyondTrust
• Secondary Tools: Cisco, ServiceNow, Splunk, TxOne
• Hands-on experience with industrial cybersecurity in energy/utilities/manufacturing
• Deep knowledge of NIST 800-82, IEC 62443, and OT security best practices
• Strong leadership and client engagement skills
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX
