Recruiting & Professional Development Scheduler

We have an immediate need for a Recruiting & Professional Development Scheduler to join our Denver office. This is an administrative role with a heavy emphasis on scheduling and calendar management, supporting our legal & policy recruiting and professional development departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Scheduling candidate interviews, booking conference rooms, and coordinating candidate travel Monitoring interview schedules and proactively addressing scheduling conflicts, cancellations and reshuffling of interview timeslots Gathering and recording interview feedback Scheduling prep calls and wrap up calls Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in applicant tracking system and other tracking mechanisms Assisting with the scheduling of summer associate events and programming including booking conference rooms, coordinating IT needs, and ordering catering Scheduling biweekly and monthly department hiring meetings Additional professional development department scheduling as requested Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a professional environment required; college degree preferred, experience in a law firm setting beneficial Previous scheduling and calendar management experience, ideally using Microsoft Outlook strongly preferred; C-Suite level scheduling experience highly beneficial Proficient knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite applications required Experience with applicant tracking systems beneficial Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent communication, reading and organization skills and ability to navigate frequent changes in a timely and efficient manner Able to maintain privacy and confidentiality in all interactions as required Self-starter who possesses the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to represent the firm in a professional manner Compensation and Benefits Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) + match, profit sharing, and vacation/sick/personal time off. In addition, this role pays overtime for hours worked above 40 per week. We are offering a range of salary for this role from $55,000-$65,000 commensurate with experience.
