Thirty years is a long time to be doing anything — long enough to know exactly what we're good at. At BG Staffing, that's people. We're the largest staffing firm in the country dedicated entirely to property management, which means when you work with us, you're not just another resume in a pile. You're the reason we exist.

Here's how it works: we match your skills and goals to real opportunities with multifamily and commercial real estate clients across 47 states, whether you're leasing apartments, keeping the grounds looking sharp, or making sure the maintenance calls never pile up. We know this industry inside and out, and we use that expertise (plus a little AI-powered magic) to get you placed fast, not lost in a queue.

But speed isn't the whole story. Our recruiters actually show up — checking in, cheering you on, and having your back when you need support.
