VP, HR Operations: Strategy, Analytics and Transformation

Post Holdings, Inc. is looking for a VP, HR Operations in St. Louis to lead strategic HR initiatives and manage complex projects. You will act as a key strategic partner to the CHRO, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making across the organization. In this hybrid role, you'll participate in shaping HR governance, conduct workforce analytics, and coordinate cross-functional projects.
