Regional Property Manager – Dallas, TX Portfolio: 3–4 Dallas-area multifamily communities Compensation: $95,000–$130,000 annually, plus up to a 20% performance bonus The Opportunity Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of 3–4 multifamily communities within our 15-property Dallas market. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on developing strong teams, driving financial and operational performance, maintaining high property standards, and delivering an exceptional resident experience. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and onsite teams Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, retention, and revenue performance Review budgets, financials, expenses, and property performance Conduct regular property visits and ensure company standards are maintained Develop strategies to improve performance and resolve operational challenges Oversee staffing, training, accountability, and employee development Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, company policies, and applicable regulations What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of Regional Property Manager experience 3+ years of multifamily property management experience Proven success overseeing multiple communities and developing teams Strong financial, budgeting, analytical, and operational skills Experience with Yardi or similar property management software Valid driver's license and ability to travel between Dallas‑area communities Why Gaines Investment Trust?
