Requirements

• Florida Medical Laboratory Technician License (required; must be in hand or application already submitted)

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Associate’s Degree or higher preferred

• Certification required: MLT, ASCP, CPT, or AMT

• Previous medical laboratory experience preferred (new grads with strong clinicals or lab assistant experience considered)

Benefits

• Shifts: Days (7a–7:30p) or Nights (7p–7:30a), rotating weekends

• Shift Differentials: $1.45 evenings, $2.50 nights

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
