The Server Assistant supports the service team by delivering food accurately, maintaining dining room cleanliness, and ensuring smooth service flow. Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately Maintain dining room cleanliness and reset tables Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff Follow all sanitation and safety standards Preferred Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently Ability to work in a high-volume environment Exposure to hot plates and moderate noise Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required Competitive hourly wage PTO eligibility for team members working 30+ hours per week Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Growth and advancement opportunities Employment is at-will.
