Account Executive/Client Care Liaison
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive/Client Care Liaison to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and expand existing client relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a related industry
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and building strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong ability to represent the company in a professional setting
