About the Team: The Powder Bed Fusion manufacturing team develops, creates, and operates the most advanced additive manufacturing technologies in the world. This best-in-class team makes sure that the infrastructure, materials, tools, and equipment are in place for us to rapidly iterate and print. The Powder-Based manufacturing team was crucial to manufacturing Aeon-1 for first launch and now are developing and demonstrating groundbreaking technologies, design, and approaches for Aeon-R! This is a first-shift position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PT. The role is structured around a 50-hour workweek, including 10 guaranteed overtime hours each week. About the Role: * Setup, Operate, and Monitor PBF Printers, Depowdering Machinery, and Supporting Equipment * Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of PBF equipment. * Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, defects, surface quality, and perform necessary rework
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of work performed
- Collaborate with Engineering and Team to develop and implement new printing
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ Years Experience in PBF Printer Operation or other Additive Manufacturing
- Ability to interpret technical documents and maintain accurate records.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues related to
- 3+ years working as a Powder Bed Fusion Technician
- 2 Year Associate Science in Advanced Manufacturing Technology (or equivalent)
- Certification in PBF Operation or Maintenance applications
- Experience in CAD Software or Programming PBF Printers
