As a Senior Brand Strategist at SixSpeed, you'll be at the forefront of driving transformative brand strategies that not only set our clients apart but redefine entire industries. With your wealth of experience and strategic acumen, you'll help lead the charge in shaping the agency's strategic direction, inspiring teams, and exceeding client expectations. You’ll work closely with every team within the agency to bring purpose, clarity, and a people-first perspective to help adventurous brands live in a category of one.

THE TASK AT HAND

Champion the development of compelling creative briefs, infused with a human-centric perspective and surprising insights to drive breakthrough ideas that inspire creative teams and lead to tangible action Craft and refresh brand strategies from the foundation up to create fresh, ownable, and impossible to imitate brand positioning Lead research initiatives, creating research plans, crafting discussion guides, and executing in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, consumers, and industry influencers to unearth insights that inform strategic direction and audience segmentation Cultivate a profound understanding of our clients' target audiences, delving into psychographic nuances and creating compelling ways to move from segmentation into real recommendations Lead with a creative-first approach to strategy where storytelling is at the center of every strategy Create messaging matrices, feature and benefit frameworks, product positioning, and other communications guides to bridge strategy and creative execution Collaborate seamlessly with the Connection Strategy team to architect consumer decision journeys, serving as the linchpin in shaping go-to-market strategies, campaign blueprints, and channel optimization tactics for seamless integration and maximum impact Maintain a relentless pursuit of knowledge, immersing oneself in the ever-evolving landscape of culture and industry trends, continually expanding expertise to serve as a beacon of strategic foresight and thought leadership Play a pivotal role in the evolution and refinement of SixSpeed's strategic frameworks, processes, and capabilities, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of strategic excellence and innovation Leverage advanced data analytics capabilities to distill complex datasets into actionable insights, empowering informed decision-making and guiding strategic direction with precision and clarity Deliver captivating and influential presentations, articulating nuanced insights, innovative strategies, and completed work with poise and authority to internal stakeholders and clients alike, inspiring confidence and driving alignment Provide strategic guidance and direction to project executions, forging partnerships with Creative, Connection, and Experiential Content teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring strategic alignment across all touchpoints Contribute to the strategic development and execution of SixSpeed's marketing and content initiatives, leveraging deep strategic acumen to drive engagement, differentiation, and brand affinity Provide consistent and proactive support to the leadership team in new business endeavors

Extensive expertise in brand strategy, brand positioning, audience segmentation, and creative strategy in an agency setting with a proven track record of success Mastery of brand principles, consumer behavior dynamics, culture, and emerging market trends, coupled with proficiency in market research methodologies and analytical tools Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a knack for crafting compelling narratives and presenting strategic recommendations with confidence and impact Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate complex challenges and uncover innovative solutions A collaborative leader with a demonstrated ability to guide and nurture high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation

We're here to make the world's most adventurous brands impossible to imitate. This role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000* per year. *Don't let this range drive your decision to apply. Actual compensation packages are based on the level of skill and experience each candidate brings to their role. Similarly, there may be a more senior or junior position available that would be a better fit with your expertise.
