(Focus is on creating/building/testing/learning/resolution rather than getting stuck and identifying or placing blame).Essential Functions:Efficiently organize and manage video, audio, and digital content assets.Manage and maintain organized project files, raw footage, and digital assets for efficient workflows.Edit footage to enhance storytelling, pacing, and overall production value.Apply color correction, grading, audio mixing, and sound design to ensure high-quality output.Incorporate graphics, music, voiceovers, and effects to create engaging, platform-optimized content.Review all content to identify and resolve errors, technical issues, and inconsistencies prior to delivery.Produce multiple versions and iterations of content quickly based on feedback and performance insights.Ensure all edits align with brand voice, campaign objectives, and audience messaging.Collaborate closely with creative directors and marketing teams to understand creative vision and deliver polished, on-brand content.Stay current with industry trends, tools, and editing software to continuously improve content quality.Provide occasional, as-needed support for video production, including camera, lighting, and audio equipment.Prepare and deliver assets for publishing, streaming, and distribution across channels.Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, licensing, and applicable laws and regulations.Must attend and contribute to regularly scheduled staff meetings.Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in the English language required.
