OB/GYN Physician - Surprise, AZ
Shift: Full-Time, (Mon - Fri)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-spectrum obstetrical and gynecological care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic women's health conditions
- Perform routine and complex gynecologic procedures
- Promote preventive care, health education, and wellness initiatives
- Coordinate patient care with specialists and initiate appropriate referrals
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
- Follow organizational, departmental, and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active or eligible Arizona medical license
- Commitment to quality care, patient safety, and ethical practice
