Senior Model Based Systems Engineer - Innovative Defense Technologies

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-fidelity system models using SysML v2 to support software development lifecycles. Utilize Agentic AI techniques to automatically generate requirements, use cases, verification cases, and analysis cases. Design structural and behavioral architectures that align with mission-critical defense objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure model consistency, traceability, and compliance with security standards. Conduct verification and validation activities, reviewing model outputs against stakeholder expectations. Requirements Proven experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering with a focus on SysML (preferably v2). Hands-on expertise in applying AI/ML methods, specifically Agentic AI, to automate systems engineering tasks. Strong background in requirements engineering, use-case development, and verification & validation processes. Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret U.S. security clearance.
