*Responsibilities*

* Perform general dentistry procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions
* Conduct patient assessments and diagnose oral health issues
* Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate options clearly using accurate dental terminology
* Perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontic procedures, and oral surgery as needed
* Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards
* Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret results for diagnostic purposes
* Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols

*Experience & Qualifications*

* Proven clinical experience in a general dentistry setting
* Proficiency with dental practice management software
* Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus
* Strong understanding of medical terminology, imaging, and records management
* Familiarity with dental fabrication processes and endodontic procedures
* Ability to confidently perform extractions, root canals, and prosthodontic services
* Excellent patient care, communication, and education skills

*Requirements*

* DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
* Active (or eligibility for) Massachusetts dental license
* DEA license and CPR/BLS certification
* Comfortable practicing full-scope general dentistry
* Experience treating both adult and pediatric patients preferred
* Strong treatment-planning and case-presentation skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
* Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and patient care
* Open to mentorship and working alongside specialists in a multi-specialty setting
* New graduates welcome; experience in similar practice environments is a plus

* *Full-time, *Monday–Friday
