Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure projects while developing expertise in solar generation, battery storage systems, commissioning, and project execution.CompensationHourly Pay: $45.25 - $63.17 per hourContract Length: 12 MonthsWhat You'll AccomplishLead daily field operations on commercial Solar PV and BESS construction projectsCoordinate activities between electrical, civil, structural, mechanical, and commissioning teamsDevelop and manage project schedules, manpower plans, and construction sequencesCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and utility representatives throughout project executionDrive productivity goals while maintaining safety and quality standardsLead daily site meetings, toolbox talks, and project planning discussionsMonitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve field issuesSupport system testing, startup, commissioning, and turnover activitiesCoordinate inspections with utilities, Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), and third-party agenciesWhat We're Looking ForA hands-on electrical construction leader with experience managing renewable energy projects, coordinating multiple trades, and driving successful field execution while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.Required QualificationsExperience in commercial electrical constructionSolar PV construction experienceBattery Energy Storage System (BESS) project experienceExperience leading field crews in a Foreman, Superintendent, or similar leadership roleKnowledge of OSHA safety requirements and best practicesOSHA 30 certification or equivalent understanding of OSHA regulationsStrong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)Knowledge of California Electrical Code requirementsAbility to read and interpret electrical and construction drawingsExperience coordinating multiple trades and stakeholders on active construction projectsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting commissioning, startup, and turnover activitiesExperience conducting site inspections, safety audits, and corrective action reviewsExperience coordinating inspections with utilities, AHJs, and third-party agenciesQuality control experience within renewable energy construction environmentsWork Environment100% on-site positionCommercial Solar PV and BESS construction projectsFast-paced construction environment requiring active field leadershipRegular interaction with project teams, subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and utility representativesJoin a team building critical renewable energy infrastructure and play a key role in delivering Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage projects safely, efficiently, and successfully.
