Job Responsibilities Cancer surveillance in Georgia Review the Georgia Cancer Strategic Plan 2024-2029 and understand the structure of the Georgia Cancer Control Consortium (GC3) Review publicly available cancer data Select a research topic of their interest Conduct literature review and identify the related data sets to support their research questions Create a factsheet and/or an infographic demonstrating the student’s understanding of the use of public health surveillance to address a specific public health problem focused on cancer. Minimum Qualifications Current accepted at the Morehouse School of Medicine, Cancer Health Equity Institute Cancer Associated Development of Education and Training (CADET) Summer Research Experience.
