Job Overview Towne Park is a hospitality services company committed to creating smiles through exceptional experiences for patients, visitors, and guests. Summary The Lot Attendant/Flagger is responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports while providing exceptional hospitality services in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner to all guests during their entire stay. Compensation Hourly base pay range: $16 per hour. Work Schedule Friday and Saturday, 5:00pm – 10:00pm. Responsibilities Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, location staff, and co‑workers; greet guests promptly and use proper etiquette. Operate under pressure with composure, using appropriate greetings and phone etiquette. Assist guests with directions and general inquiries; provide information about surrounding area and main attractions. Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements and safeguard customer financial and identifying information. Stack vehicles when necessary, securing keys, and retrieve vehicles promptly, driving slowly and cautiously. Collect and reconcile revenue accurately; issue receipts upon request, accurately categorize tickets for audit purposes, complete shift reports, and follow all bank operating procedures. Collect information about daily events and rates, secure guest keys immediately after each interaction, and maintain claim checks and guest folio archives. Qualifications Education: High‑school diploma or GED. Licensure/Certification: Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Work Experience: One to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge: Customer service, parking operations, and ability to understand rates, 24‑hour and military time, and basic financial calculations. Skills: Customer service experience preferred; register and computer operation; ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle and perform parallel parking; reading, writing, and basic arithmetic in USD, weight, volume, and distance units. Physical Requirements Employees must regularly talk or hear, sit or stand for extended periods, run, walk, handle objects, reach with arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Lifting up to 100lbs occasionally; 50lbs frequently; 20lbs constantly. Work outdoors for extended periods under various weather conditions; up to 5% travel may be required.
