Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Nephrology Location: West Burlington, IA Licensed NP or PA (Iowa or eligibility) We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our nephrology team.Position Highlights:•Mix of clinic visits, inpatient rounding, and dialysis center coverage•Collaborative environment with experienced physicians, an NP, and dedicated support staff•Full-time schedule with balanced inpatient and outpatient responsibilities•Orientation and ongoing support provided (nephrology or internal medicine experience preferred)Qualifications:•Licensed NP or PA (Iowa or eligibility)•Strong clinical and patient management skills•Excellent communication and teamwork abilitiesOpportunity Details:•$15k commencement bonus with strong earning potential•7 weeks paid time off plus 7 holidays•Fair rotation of responsibilities to support work-life balance•Stable and supportive health system environmentCommunity Benefits:•Affordable cost of living, 22% below the national average•Top-ranked schools and family-friendly community•Scenic riverfront town with abundant recreation, dining, and shopping•Easy access to major cities via direct flights and Amtrak
