To enhance supplier management processes, the full-time remote Purchasing Manager will oversee supplier onboarding, maintain procurement data integrity, and support purchase order activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Serve as the first reviewer for supplier onboarding requests, ensuring completeness and alignment with procurement needs Administer Oracle Supplier Portal registration and maintain procurement-owned supplier data elements Support purchase requisition and order activities, resolving supplier-related issues and enhancing PO adoption initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Five or more years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing, or supplier management Demonstrated understanding of supplier onboarding and procurement processes Experience with ERP or procurement systems, particularly Oracle Procurement Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analyzing procurement data
