Registered Nurse - 24/7 On-Call Care & Case Management
Birch Family Services
Birch Family Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide medical services, promote health and safety, and manage health cases for individuals. This role includes developing Nursing Care Plans, supervising nursing services, and ensuring continuity of medical care. The position involves 24-hour on-call coverage and collaboration with clinical staff. Candidates must have a BA in Nursing, NYS Registered Nurse licensure, and preferably 1-2 years of OPWDD experience.
