Now Hiring - Claims Coordinator

Hydradry, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to support our mitigation, contents, and reconstruction teams. This position plays a critical role in ensuring insurance claims are properly documented, communicated, and processed from start to finish.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong customer service skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor insurance claims throughout the claim lifecycle

• Communicate with homeowners, insurance carriers, adjusters, property managers, and internal staff

• Ensure claim files are properly documented and updated

• Review job documentation for completeness and compliance

• Schedule and coordinate follow-up services and inspections

• Track claim status and maintain accurate records

• Upload and organize photos, reports, estimates, and supporting documentation

• Assist with invoicing and collections when necessary

• Follow up on outstanding approvals, payments, and documentation requests

• Maintain daily communication with project managers and field personnel

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients during the restoration process

Qualifications

• Prior insurance, restoration, claims, or administrative experience preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel

• Experience with restoration software such as MICA, PSA, Xactimate, Encircle, or ContentsTrack is a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail

Compensation

$18–$22 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
