Night Supervision Caregiving

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Night Supervision Specialist to provide overnight support and ensure the safety and well-being of a minor under our care. The role requires a vigilant presence throughout the night, offering reassurance and emotional support as needed.
Responsibilities:
Remain alert and attentive throughout the night shift.
Ensure a safe and secure environment for the individual.
Provide emotional support and a calm presence during any overnight challenges.
Effectively communicate and engage with the minor in a caring, supportive manner.
Qualifications:
Prior experience working with children, demonstrating patience, empathy, and a warm personality.
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle situations involving minors with professionalism and care.
Preferred certification as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or equivalent.
Ability to remain awake and alert throughout the night shift.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and have the expertise to handle the unique challenges of overnight supervision.
