About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for a digital agency. This senior executive leadership role is pivotal in a fast-growing environment, focusing on the delivery of complex web platforms and applications for mission-driven organizations. The successful candidate will be the operational right hand to the CEO, responsible for delivery performance, and will play a key role in shaping the systems, structure, and culture to support long-term scale. The role demands a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on operational control, with a primary focus on ensuring client work is delivered on time, within budget, and at a high quality. The VP of Operations will also be instrumental in building the internal processes, talent systems, and leadership cadence that enable sustainable growth. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of operations or senior leadership experience, with a strong background in digital agencies or software delivery environments. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in leading delivery teams, managing operational structures, and a deep understanding of the project delivery lifecycle, resource planning, and agency financial levers. Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills are essential, as is experience in organizations of a similar size. The VP of Operations will also be expected to have exposure to revenue operations in an agency context and a high accountability mindset. The position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in complex, fast-moving agency environments and is eager to directly influence both performance and culture.
