We are looking for a professional, energetic, and patient-focused Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding care.

What You'll Do

As a Dental Assistant, you'll work alongside our doctors and clinical team to create an outstanding patient experience by:

• Assisting the Pediatric Dentist during clinical procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and instruments
• Creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient and family
• Working collaboratively with the front office and clinical teams to keep the schedule running efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Dental Assisting experience
• Pediatric office experience preferred
• Dental Assistant certification preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, polished appearance
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Coachable with a desire to continue learning and growing
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

This is a full-time position.

Office hours are generally:

• Monday-Friday: Approximately 8:00 AM-6:00 PM or 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Team members work staggered schedules
• One-hour lunch break
