About the Role
We are seeking a Sr QC Associate to support Quality Control testing activities for Cell Therapy products. This role will perform in-process, release, and stability testing while ensuring compliance with cGMP and cGDP requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a biologics or Cell & Gene Therapy environment and possess strong aseptic laboratory skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control Testing
- Perform QC testing for:
- In-Process Samples
- Release Samples
- Stability Samples
Execute testing methods including:
- Flow Cytometry
- qPCR (MycoTOOL)
- ELISA
- Cell Counts
- Sterility Testing (BACT)
- Gram Stain
- Endotoxin Testing (LAL)
- Data Review & Documentation
- Track and trend QC data
- Perform technical review of laboratory data
- Record test results accurately
- Maintain laboratory notebooks and raw data records
- Ensure compliance with data integrity requirements
Laboratory Support
- Perform routine laboratory maintenance
- Support equipment maintenance activities
- Follow established SOPs and GMP procedures
- Support continuous improvement activities
Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Biology
- Microbiology
- Biotechnology
- Biochemistry
- Life Sciences
- Related Scientific Discipline
Required Experience
- 1–3 years of Quality Control laboratory experience
- Biologics testing experience
- Aseptic technique experience
- Experience working in GMP-regulated environments
- Familiarity with laboratory documentation practices
- Strong attention to detail

Compensation
- $30/hr W2
