Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description
The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse, receiving, production, inventory, and shipping operations. In this role, you receive incoming materials, stock inventory, pick and pack customer orders, assist with production activities, and prepare shipments for delivery. You work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, inventory is maintained, and customer deadlines are consistently met.
Responsibilities
Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
Accurately stock materials and maintain well-organized warehouse locations for efficient access.
Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders for shipment in accordance with order specifications.
Assist with production activities, including measuring, cutting, bundling, labeling, and packaging materials to meet customer requirements.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other material handling equipment to move products safely throughout the facility.
Load and unload trucks while following all safety guidelines and procedures.
Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy through effective inventory control practices.
Process shipping documentation and prepare outbound shipments using shipping and receiving procedures.
Utilize inventory management systems, scanners, and shipping software as needed to support warehouse operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to company quality and safety standards.
Support operational needs across receiving, warehouse, shipping, and production departments as required.
Demonstrate dependable attendance and a strong work ethic to support consistent operations.
Essential Skills
Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, shipping and receiving, or logistics environment preferred.
Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience strongly preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse or inventory systems is a plus.
Experience with order picking and packing and inventory control.
Proven dependability and strong work ethic.
Ability to follow company quality standards and safety procedures consistently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with RF scanners, shipping and receiving processes, and shipping documentation.
Background in general labor, material handling, and warehouse organization.
Comfort working in production environments, including measuring, cutting, bundling, and labeling materials.
Ability to use inventory management systems and shipping software to support operations.
Forklift certification is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills to maintain clean and orderly warehouse and production areas.
Effective communication skills to work closely with warehouse and production teams.

Work Environment
This is an onsite role with a MondayFriday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You work in a warehouse and production environment that involves regular material handling, use of forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment. The setting is fast-paced and requires consistent attention to safety, cleanliness, and organization, with an emphasis on maintaining a safe and efficient facility.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
