Senior Interventional Radiology Technologist Location: Portland, ME Facility: Maine Medical Center Schedule: Full Time Shift: Day Job Category: Professional - Clinical Req #: 76628 Date Posted: May 15, 2026 **current MaineHealth Employees not Eligible** Summary The Senior Interventional Radiology Technologist role is a specialized clinical and administrative position performing vascular and neuro interventional procedures and supervising daily work in Interventional Radiology. Work is performed under the direction of the Interventional Radiology Manager in coordination with the Physician Directors of Interventional Radiology through discussion, reports, and observation of results achieved. The technologist functions in an administrative role in the absence of the IR Manager. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Completion of a two‑year program at an ARRT‑approved school of radiologic technology. License/Certifications: License as a radiologic technologist through the State of Maine or obtained prior to hire; advanced modality registry in VI or CV through ARRT preferred; current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
