Job Title: Mammography Technologist
Location: Falmouth, MA 02540
Duration: 13 Weeks (Extension Possible)

Shift Options:

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Every other Saturday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Weekly Pay: $2,600 – $3,400 (based on experience)

A leading healthcare facility is seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to perform high-quality screening and diagnostic imaging procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in 3D mammography and a strong commitment to patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams, including 3D mammography procedures

• Ensure proper patient positioning and image quality for accurate diagnostic results

• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout all procedures

• Follow established imaging protocols and quality assurance standards

• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities

• Develop proficiency in performing bone density (DEXA) examinations as required

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation standards

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Graduate of a JCERT-accredited Radiography Program

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

• Active Massachusetts State Radiology and Mammography License (must remain active throughout assignment)

• Experience performing 3D mammography procedures required

• Must meet all federal and state regulatory requirements, including ACR continuing education standards

• Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Advanced ARRT Bone Density Operator Certification

• Willingness and ability to become proficient in bone density (DEXA) examinations
