Calling all nursing staff in Niles, Eau Claire, Buchanan, Edwardsburg, Dowgiac               

At All Home Care Services we pride ourselves in taking care of those in need. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your duties will include but not limited to:

• Administering medications, taking vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure), and assisting with basic hygiene and mobility. 

• Observing patients for changes in their condition, reporting any concerns to RNs or physicians, and documenting observations. 
• Helping patients with activities of daily living, such as eating, bathing, and dressing, and assisting with procedures like dressing changes and catheter care. 
• Providing simple instructions to patients and their families about medications, wound care, and other aspects of their care. 
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication administration records, vital signs, and other observations.
  
• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as RNs, physicians, and therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care. 
• Adhering to infection control protocols, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.
