Clinical Pharmacist: Drug Therapy & Education Leader

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a pharmacist to optimize patient care through safe and effective drug therapy. The pharmacist will conduct drug therapy monitoring, training for pharmacy staff, and participate in interdisciplinary teamwork. A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree is required, along with the completion of a residency or significant clinical experience.
